For our bespoke clients we typically cover the North West and West Midlands, though we can sometimes work outside of those areas. If you subscribe to our WhatsApp deals list, you'll receive property deals from all over the UK.

Being a cash buyer will open you up to more opportunities, however we also work with buyers that use mortgages and bridging loans as well.

Typically, our clients receive a property that meets their criteria within 4 weeks.

We will keep searching until we do find a property that does meet your criteria. If after 90 days, we have been unable to achieve this, you will receive 100% refund.

You pay the bespoke sourcing fee upon commissioning us to find your a property, with your fee secured under our refund policy and bespoke service agreement until your property is found.

Typically, other costs may include: Legal fees, finance/broker fees, survey costs, SDLT. These are the common costs but there may be additional costs involved which our team can talk you through if required.

We support our clients all the way through to completion of any purchase. We support throughout the purchase process and can introduce you to our incredible team of professionals to make the process as efficient as possible. If you require ongoing support to project manage a renovation or finding lettings agencies, for example, we can support on that in some cases but would be an additional service beyond our sourcing fee.
